A bit about what you will do...
We are looking for an Assistant Meeting and Events Sales Manager, who is confident with exploring the full sales potential and enquiries within the M&E Department to -
* Assist the M&E Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Manage all enquiries for Meetings & Events courteously and efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring that, when possible, the enquiry becomes a sale.
* Keep in close contact with all prospective Meeting & Events organisers, ensuring that all their requirements are accurately recorded using every opportunity to maximise sales.
* Control the business mix ensuring maximum revenue at all opportunities.
* Run the weekly Sales Meeting and ensure the follow-ups are done.
* To run the long pace reports to monitor the diary for future years and take actions where necessary.
* Fully support the Sales Team in obtaining leads and participate in telesales when necessary.
* Actively participate in promotional and publicity activities as and when requested.
* Maintain impeccable standards of appearance and grooming.
