About the team
This role sits within our global Talent Acquisition function - part of the People & Culture team at Worldpay. Our People and Culture team ensure each and every Worldpayer feels empowered to own it. They work hard to co-create a winning culture that inspires and enables us to be our best.
What you'll own
* Establish relationships with campus placement directors, career centres, and campus faculty at our target universities in the UK.
* Build relationships with key Worldpay stakeholders including business leaders, hiring managers and business representatives for campus events.
* Facilitate on-campus careers events including fairs, brand-building and networking events, case studies and skills workshops.
* End-to-end requisition management - including managing every step of the candidate pipeline and recruiter screens to qualify candidates.
* Plan, arrange and facilitate in-person assessment centres at our office.
* Management of post-interview feedback, offers, keep-warm and onboarding activity.
* Support with the buildout of Worldpay's new Early Careers initiatives.
* Be the key engagement point for candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience that reflects our brand and values throughout the recruitment process.

* Knowledge of the graduate and higher education market and processes.
* Previous experience with full life cycles of graduate recruitment.
* High energy and passion for recruiting, creativity, self-confidence.
* Experience working with high volume recruitment needs.
* Strong relationship building and networking skills.
* Highly organised, with a strong ability to multi-task.
