About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our specialist school in Luton, working with pupils aged 11-19 with Autism (ASC) and additional learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, helping them develop both academically and socially in a supportive, structured environment.
We welcome applications from both experienced SEND teachers and mainstream teachers who are looking to transition into special education—full training and ongoing support will be provided.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

* A commitment to promoting inclusion and independence for all learners.
* Willingness to undertake training in Autism-specific strategies and communication approaches (e.g., TEACCH, PECS, Makaton).
