Service Line Specialist - Cloud & Infrastructure Services
Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated, technically competent and successful Service Line Specialists to grow our Cloud & Infrastructure Services business for UK&I.
Service Line Specialists (SLSs) provide deep expertise in a Service Line Practice Area within Cognizant to support the Client Leadership Team to close new and expansion opportunities in accounts. They are actively involved in growing the service line’s footprint and assisting the Client Partners to engage clients with service line opportunities. SLSs are trusted advisors with a strong technical background and a good mix of strategic and tactical management experience.
Responsibilities:
Market Leadership:
* Responsible for meeting TCV and Revenue goals and other BU objectives.
* Work with the vertical community to define and execute on Acct strategy for Cloud & Infrastructure Services business.
* Own & drive the pursuit lifecycle - Demand generation, Qualification, RFP response, Solution presentations, Commercial response and bid defence, managing customer engagement.
Business Development:
* Leverage and enhance Hyperscaler/ Partner relationships to identify opportunities/ drive Infra cloud campaigns & initiatives/ capitalise on partner funding and drive value in the existing/ new accts.
* Work with Practice & Offering groups to take offerings to the market.
* Build differentiated positioning in the marketplace.
Build Mindshare & Manage Relationships:
* Build mindshare with clients, vertical stakeholders and partner community - Drive thought leadership as well as manage Exec briefings, business reviews.
* Client relationship management: Invest time in strengthening existing client relationships - Engage with CXO, VP and Director and key client stakeholders; Participate in reviews and provides educated and relevant perspectives.
* Collaborate across all Cognizant practices and offerings in AI, Data, IoT and Applications to ensure we bring the best of Cognizant and offer integrated solutions while growing Cloud, Infrastructure & Security services market share.
* Guide solutioning and architecture teams to ensure that solution is aligned to client needs and business outcomes.
Maintain Sales Hygiene:
* Maintain excellent hygiene across all sales activities in Salesforce and prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting.
* Provide feedback to regional leadership based on interactions with clients, prospects and other market players, to constantly evaluate our offerings & solutions and make them market relevant.
Skills:
* Experience in selling Cloud & Infrastructure services in the UK&I market in a senior-level consulting, client-facing role or account management leadership role.
* Subject matter expertise across Digital Workplace services; Hybrid cloud solutions; Public cloud on Azure, AWS & GCP; Security Services.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and targets with strong techno-commercial skills to structure large complex deals.
* Strong consultative selling background with the expertise and gravitas for Executive level interactions and relationship management.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment.
* A good understanding of the competitive landscape and partner ecosystems and ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer problems.
