Teaching Personnel are looking for a Supply Teacher who is able to be flexible working on a supply basis to provide cover within a variety of schools within a cluster in Penarth. This can be within a range of year groups, from Reception to Year 6. Lesson plans will be prepped and left for you to carry out the tasks required.
Supply Teaching does require a confident and enthusiastic individual to capture the class instantly. You will be a new face to these young learners, therefore being understanding of their situation while ensuring that results are seen is essential. Experience in this area is desired; however, we are also keen to work with NQT’s who are looking to gain more experience since qualifying with their QTS.

* Have gained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or transferred
* Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can assist you with applying for one of these if you need one)
* Are registered with the Education Workforce Council (We can assist you with the application process if you need to)
* Have a pro-active attitude and a passion for working within an Education setting
