40 hours per week.
We are looking for someone to be part of a local team undertaking high standard Carpentry & Joinery mainly void works, occasional repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Joiner to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy voids team in Tannochside-Glasgow and surrounding. This will be a lone working role ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for carrying out the following:
* Carpentry & Joinery
* Replacements & refurbishment work
Role Criteria:
* Previous experience as a Joiner is essential
* Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent.
* Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
* Full driving license
* Must be reliable and willing to work with a high in demand workload.
