After successfully placing their IT Technician five years ago, we're excited to help them find a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to strengthen internal IT support. This role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth operations, troubleshooting tech issues, and supporting exciting IT projects.
As the IT Service Desk Analyst, youll handle both 1st and 2nd line support for internal employees, ensuring they have the tools and systems they need to stay productive. While this is not an entry-level role, candidates with at least a year of IT Support experience will have plenty of opportunity to develop. Youll work closely with a collaborative IT team, with ongoing training to fill any knowledge gaps, making it a great role for someone looking to grow their skillset.
All candidates must be within a 45-minute commute of Papworth Everard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and professional IT support to internal staff through phone, email, and the ticketing system.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
3. Manage IT assets, tracking and maintaining hardware and software inventories.
