An exciting opportunity has arisen at The St Leonards Academy as we are looking to appoint a Minibus Driver/Attendance Support to drive one of our academy minibuses on a daily route. The successful candidate will be reliable, approachable and able to work on their own initiative. The role would involve collecting students from designated collection points and bringing them to the academy in the morning, as well as undertaking home visits for poor attenders, as directed by the Attendance & Admissions Lead. It is important to be able to remain on schedule and get our students to arrive at the academy on time.
Applicants must be over 25 years of age and hold a clean and current UK driving licence entitling them to drive D1 vehicles. The successful candidate will be required to under MiDAS training (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme).
We are looking for someone who:
