We seek a proactive and dedicated individual with great communication skills and a passion for Customer Service to join our fun and friendly Customer Support Team.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a large team, contributing to the success of the Property Management team.

* Dealing with enquiries from telephone calls and email correspondence.
* Interpreting and responding to enquiries in a polite, timely, professional and friendly manner.
* Dealing with instructions and issues on the administration of the portfolio.
* Presenting a logical argument verbally on the phone.
* Ensuring all written communications are presented in a clear, concise and grammatically correct format.
* Contributing towards ensuring continuance and accuracy of processes.
