Express Recruitment are currently hiring for a reputable law firm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator with audio typing experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures with law firm experience is ideal but not necessary.
Responsibilities
1. Transcribing legal documents, correspondence, and reports from meetings accurately and efficiently
2. Answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing enquiries in a professional manner
3. Organising and maintaining legal files and documents, ensuring everything is up to date
4. Managing appointments and coordinating meetings for legal professionals
5. Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Skills & Experience
1. Fast and accurate typing skills
2. Detail-oriented individual to ensure accuracy in documents
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
4. Experience with Microsoft Office and other IT systems
