This is a new and exciting development at Breckland School, which you could oversee, making a positive impact to our young people. We are seeking either a Teacher or an experienced HLTA who can develop positive relationships with students, oversee curriculum design and delivery, along with having the highest of expectations of young people.
Do you want to lead and drive the Specialist Unit at Breckland School to deliver an exceptionally rich pastoral offer, which develops students into young, well-rounded individuals? You should have a proven track record of making a difference in young peoples lives. If you have the passion, skills and motivation we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity for either an existing HLTA or Teacher to further their development as part of a forward-thinking MAT, benefitting from our supportive model for staff CPD and career development. It is important to belong at work and the work you do is relied upon by our students.
We want to ensure you have a good work life balance and one of the ways we achieve this is by having a two-week autumn half term. You can view a full list of requirements and further information about the school and Trust in the candidate pack. If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role, even if you don’t meet all the requirements, please apply as we may be able to support you in any areas for development or we may have alternative roles that are a good fit for you. We would appreciate the opportunity to consider your application.
