We have a fantastic opportunity for a Holiday Bookings and Guest Services Manager, who is responsible for driving holiday bookings and managing reception, retail, and housekeeping operations.
Pinewoods is an award-winning holiday park situated in a beautiful location close to the iconic Wells beach. Our five-star graded park offers a combination of caravan holiday homes to buy, holiday homes and lodges, and touring caravan pitches. Pinewoods also manages Wells beach and its beach huts and the Wells Beach Bus service.
If you have experience in successful team management and enjoy a busy and challenging position, then this may be for you. You will have exceptional customer service skills, ideally from a similar environment, as well as experience in managing budgets and pricing strategies.
