We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator / Project Co-ordinator to join a highly reputable business based close to Manchester Airport. You will be supporting the successful execution of new client implementations and assisting the team with planning, managing and closing each project. This will involve working towards strategic objectives and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a very busy, reactive, and varied role which involves working towards tight deadlines.
The role is working 40 hours per week with the core hours being Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, however to could be considered.
The salary available is GBP24,960pa and the role is predominately working from home, with the expectation to work 1 day per quarter in the office.
What will you be doing as a Project Administrator / Project Co-ordinator?
1. Assist in executing project plans against agreed objectives, timelines, and deliverables
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials
3. Act as a point of contact for both internal and external project stakeholders
4. Track project progress and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure milestones are achieved on time
5. Work with the Implementation Managers to identify potential project risks and issues and implement solutions
6. Liaise with internal teams, to ensure that all workstreams are on target in line with the project plan
7. Lead on the onboarding process for all client implementations
8. Ensure that client locations / users are built into the system
9. Organise and deliver external stakeholder training in line with the project plan
10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures
11. Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
12. To carry out any other reasonable task requested by senior management

13. Previous experience working as a project administrator / project co-ordinator would be preferred for this role
14. Strong administration experience is essential for this role
15. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
16. Confident to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
17. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
18. Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative
19. Previous experience working towards strategic objectives and meeting client expectations whilst working towards strict deadlines
20. Confident to work in a telephone-based position
21. Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude
22. Must be able to be proactive and follow processes
23. Must be able to thrive in a very busy, reactive, and varied role
