Create and utilise management information to required business standard, to improve overall tech delivery campaign performance, better preparation for new customers and facilitate customer retention Where appropriate work with technology specialists to achieve successful service delivery, however where issues arise, provide agreed and business effective timely resolution Create and implement standardized, auditable processes for the EMEA Technology Services delivery organization Requirements 5-10 years’ experience in Business Consulting, Software Development or Professional Services, with a strong drive to grow into Team Management and P&L responsibility Experience with nearshore delivery models Up to date technical experience and demonstration of continued technical upskilling Strong work ethos, solution orientation and driven personality Team-oriented and wider team engagement skills, including demonstration of good knowledge transfer coaching techniques Presentation and Communication Skills Knowledge and experience demonstrates high level tech delivery capability, follow through and successful impacts on bottom line Management experience proves strong leadership, quality customer engagement and overall business success.
