Human Resources Advisor 32,397 to 37,280 per annum (pro rata) Part time / Permanent Contract - 22.5 hours About the Role Working within the HR Business Partnering team, you'll provide proactive, specialist HR advice to the organisation that supports the timely and effective management of employee relations issues and contributes to the achievement of our strategic aims. You will lead on the provision of specialist employee relations advice and support services to managers on Human Resources operational matters, such as conduct and capability, grievance, attendance management, performance management, colleague retention and redeployment and colleague wellbeing. You'll also provide operational HR support to a range of HR activities and projects to continuously develop and improve the HR service.
