They hospital has 11 Theatres across 3 buildings covering multiple surgical specialties. The appointed candidate will be part of a large theatre team of experienced professionals. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you’ll support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients. You will be a team player who is confident to run theatre lists and set up theatres, you will have an impressive level of spinal knowledge and will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the theatre setting at a senior level. What you’ll bring: HCPC Registration or NMC Registration (OSCE ready) is a MUST English Level Exam (IELT/OET) passed at the required level or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of Neuro or Spinal experience at a Senior Theatre Practitioner level Experience working with 1 or 2 Complex spinal cases including: ALIF, Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion, TLIF-Transforaminal, XLIF-eXtreme Lateral Interbody Fusion, Intradural Lesions, Craniotomies. Confident to set up theatres, run theatre lists and ask questions. Working as a team member in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives.
