Job Duties:
Develop and maintain project schedules
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the schedule
Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
Prepare and update project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Planner or in a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Education:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction planning
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in project management software
Understanding of construction processes and methodologies
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in project management
Experience in using BIM software
Working Conditions:
This role will primarily be based on-site at construction projects in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Tamworth areas. Occasional travel may be required
