Job Description
West Dunbartonshire Council Housing Operations section is seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual as a part time generic Housing Officer to work in a social housing environment and contribute towards the delivery of a robust housing service.
The role will involve delivering sustainable housing solutions for existing and new tenants and communities and you will work in partnership with our access to housing, anti social behaviour and your Community teams to achieve this.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be disciplined and well organised. You will be required to take enforcement and legal actions as part of your role and you should have experience in working with challenging customers and difficult situations.
Creating and sustaining safe, strong and involved communities is a key aspect of your role and you must be committed to delivering high quality services to achieve these objectives.
