Your Role Will Include: Teaching engaging and dynamic GCSE Science lessons, ensuring every student has the opportunity to excel. Adapting teaching methods to accommodate the individual learning needs of SEN students. (If experienced) Contributing to the BTEC Science curriculum and its delivery. Monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, and setting achievable goals. Working collaboratively with colleagues and families to foster student development. Upholding the school’s safeguarding policies and promoting a safe, inclusive environment. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience teaching GCSE Science (BTEC Science experience is a bonus). A genuine interest in working within an SEN setting and a commitment to inclusive education. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An Enhanced DBS check on the update service or the willingness to complete one. Why This Role?
