The role is suitable for someone currently with single / dual site accountability In the absence of AHoO provides day to day operational Leadership to the Hospitals/clinics within the area Supports the AHoO to drive operational efficiences and KPIs, as well as pathway adherence. The role is data heavy with a skilled and focussed analytical mind-set. The role requires travel to sites on a weekly basis and the ability to engage with and motivate local staff. What You’ll Need - Single site management experience - P&L ownership and management - Exposure in a senior role to Consultants, Physicians, allied health professionals, patients and suppliers - Healthcare background - Experience of implementing change - A clear, logical and persuasive communicator - Proven problem solving and analytical skills - Able to anticipate and mitigate issues of a given course of action / decision - Able to manage multiple, and often competing, priorities and can support team members in doing the same - Ability to lead a team of varied professional levels and ensure a culture of professionalism and continuous development - Ability to operate at both operational and managerial levels - To think ‘Optegra before Area’ If this sounds like you, please get in touch with us by applying for the role.
