* Autonomously manage elements of specific Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects as delegated.
* Ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to successfully deliver projects.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
* Formulate, implement, and monitor progress of the SUS and CC projects.
* Provide administrative and project support to the Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change team.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Person specification
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of organisational development principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent experience.
Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within a healthcare or public sector environment.
* Experience in supporting culture change initiatives and projects.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
