Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a supported living, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to residents. The ideal candidate will have a background in health and strong leadership skills to manage and supervise staff effectively.
Duties:
1. Manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Supervise and support staff in providing person-centred care to residents.
3. Develop care plans and oversee their implementation.
4. Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care.
6. Implement policies and procedures to safeguard residents' well-being.
Requirements:
1. Experience in managing a care home or similar setting.
2. Knowledge of senior care, assisted living, and mental health care practices.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions for resident welfare.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,360.00-£38,814.00 per year
