Job Description
Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our IT team, supporting our HR applications within the business. The role will work closely with wider IT and HR colleagues, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. You will assess needs, gather requirements, and support the creation of specifications for new and existing tools, and deliver on system and process improvements.
Responsibilities
1. Administer and support SuccessFactors in alignment with HRIS colleagues.
2. Administer and support other HR-related applications/software.
3. Troubleshoot and analyze issues raised by end users.
4. Support regular updates/patches following the vendor/partner cycles.
5. Support HR in defining their internal processes.
6. Support the tool selection and implementation based on identified HR needs.
7. Support external consultants and suppliers as required.
8. Ensure data integrity and system security, implementing best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
9. Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for HR systems.
Essential Qualifications
1. Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
2. Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and best practice knowledge.
3. Ability and willingness to learn new skills over time which are required for the job.
4. Collaborative and consultative approach.
5. Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant background.
6. Understanding of HR data, processes, and tools.
7. Experience of working with systems, configuration, logic.
8. Fluent in English language.
9. Strong organization and prioritization skills.
10. Qualification(s) demonstrating strong analytical skills.
11. Provide technical support for integration-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration problems promptly.
12. Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance system interoperability.
13. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Desirable Qualifications
1. Experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Time Off & Timesheets, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Integration Center.
2. SAP Certification(s).
3. Experience in implementing Employee Central Payroll.
4. Experience in Jira and ServiceNow ticketing tools.
5. Experience in third-party integrations would be an added advantage.
6. Basic Knowledge and experience in CPI.
Qualifications
1. GCSE level education or Apprenticeship in HR, IT or Business.
2. Understanding of HR processes and tools.
3. SAP Certification(s), desirable but not essential.
