The primary focus will be supporting Job Evaluation as well as holding a key role in supporting corporate and workforce projects in relation to Workforce Planning throughout the Health Board. Maintain the Computer Aided Job Evaluation system (CAJE) and maintain all Job Evaluation, Workforce Planning and relevant workforce databases and spreadsheets - adjusting formulae as needed to ensure accuracy of reports Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring full engagement and partnership working with staff side representatives.
