Job Overview: We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and help with office tasks. The right candidate should be good at data entry and have great organizational skills.
Duties:
* General office work (photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.)
* Handle office tasks (answering phones, replying to emails, sorting queries, sorting mail, etc.)
* Attention to detail
* Knowledge of MS Office & Sage
* Excellent communication with customers and colleagues
* Excellent organizational skills
Experience:
* Previous experience in an admin role (preferred but not required)
* Knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Sage (preferred but not required)
* Pay attention to detail and have strong clerical skills.
* Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Good organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly.
* Ability to work confidently in a fast paced environment

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
