Job summary Granville House Medical Centre is looking for an experienced Care Navigator/Reception Administrator to join our friendly practice team. If you enjoy variety in your work, in a busy environment and have IT and customer service skills then this job is ideal. Teamwork is an essential part of general practice and we are looking to recruit a good team player. Regular hours may include 7.30am start or 6.30pm finish so flexibility is required. The role is subject to satisfactory references and DBS check. Main duties of the job The role is for someone that is enthusiastic, hardworking, organised and enjoys working in a fast paced, supportive environment. With excellent communication skills and a compassionate and friendly nature, you will be the first contact for our patients, therefore customer service experience preferably in a patient facing environment is desired. You will support clinical and administration staff along with the management team to provide excellent care to our patients and fulfil administrative functions that support the running of the practice.
