We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Corporate Centre on a temporary basis as Resourcing Partner until 31st August 2025. You will be part of a small but supportive and collaborative HR team, supporting our all of group functions. As the Resourcing Partner for our Group Corporate Centre, you will utilise your in-house talent acquisition expertise to work as a trusted advisor and partner with our hiring managers at all levels of the organisation. You will bring drive, energy and a passion for recruitment, to continue to attract and secure the very best talent for our business. You will also act as a dedicated advocate for driving employee experience, and activity relating to our Ethnicity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda. This role is currently based from our Sunderland office, a minimum of 2 days per week with the rest focusing on where you can best deliver, whilst still allowing for the required work life balance. However, we are open to flexibility on location for the right candidate. Key responsibilities of the role include: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, through to onboarding, ensuring interactions are positive and streamline throughout. Proactively sourcing candidates utilising means available such as LinkedIn, Target Campaigns etc. Ensuring positive promotion of the brand externally, and educating hiring managers on their role within this area. Supporting activity in line with the wider group EDI agenda, driving positive action for the Corporate Centre population to create an inclusive and diverse workplace. This will include connecting with internal employee networks. Supporting and driving standardisation and optimisation of HR and Recruitment Processes as part of ongoing Workday (HR System) Project across the UK businesses. Devising attractive job adverts to support Employee Value Proposition and successful hiring. Upskilling and supporting managers with the Recruitment and Onboarding process to ensure the process is a positive experience for candidates. Act as main point of contact to agencies as and when required for critical skill and hard to source roles. Reporting regularly on Recruitment KPI’s such as starters, leavers, time to hire, agency spend etc. Supporting with colleague exit interviews, ensuring any key feedback is captured and acted upon. What we'd like from you We’re looked for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, who can demonstrate a passion in this space as well as their passion for EDI. Candidates must also: Demonstrate ability to challenge and influence in the Corporate Centre, and beyond when necessary to shape ‘what good looks like’. Demonstrate confidence with technology, particularly our HR system Workday. Have experience with direct sourcing through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and Targeted Campaigns. Be familiar with relevant data metrics, able to manipulate and present data on a regular basis to the wider business including senior leaders.
