Customer Services Team LeaderDaventry (Car driver essential)£33,000 - £35,000 per annum - plus annual bonus Permanent Purpose of Role:To support and manage a small team within Customer Service to ensure that customers receive an exceptional service. Duties:• Overseeing a team of Customer Services Administrators• Training/Onboarding of staff• Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.• Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints.• To resolve challenges for customers.• Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team.• Adhering to company processes and procedures.• Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments• Build excellent relationships with customers.• Conduct staff appraisals for development.• Working with the Senior Management Team.• Experience:• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory skills.• Previous experience managing a team.• Knowledge of CRM systems.• Good knowledge of MS Excel.• Strong Administration and Customer Service skills• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced/ever changing environment.• Ability to motivate a team.
