As a Talent Partner (Finance), you’ll deliver best-in-class hiring strategies while playing a hands-on role in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise and consulting mindset will influence senior stakeholders, lead impactful projects, and inspire the growth of those around you.What You’ll Do:
1. Delivery on Partner Projects
* Own and manage end-to-end hiring processes across various domains and levels of seniority.
* Meet and exceed hiring targets, ensuring exceptional candidate and partner experiences.
* Consult and coach hiring managers, offering strategic insights on talent acquisition.
* Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and adapt to shifting priorities
2. Stakeholder Leadership
* Build and nurture strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
* Lead hiring strategy discussions, providing data-driven recommendations.
* Confidently manage expectations and navigate challenging conversations
3. Leadership and Team Development
* Mentor and guide project teams to achieve success and growth.
* Provide regular feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Partner with Talent Managers to develop and expand team capabilities
4. Commercial Acumen
* Use your understanding of our revenue model to drive impactful decisions.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
* Ensure accurate reporting and proactive risk management

* Proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced environments.
* Strong ability to consult, influence, and drive strategic hiring decisions.
* Experience leading or mentoring teams, fostering both individual and collective success.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategies and decisions.
* Experience hiring Finance Process Development Leaders, Direct Tax Advisors, Indirect Tax Advisors is essential
* Ex Agency experience recruiting Finance Process Development Leaders, Direct Tax Advisors, Indirect Tax Advisors is advantageous
* Must be able to start ASAP
