Overview: Kingston Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established and highly respected manufacturer in East Hull to recruit an experienced Customer Supply Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional with experience in supply chain operations or manufacturing to take on a key role in coordinating customer supply processes and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through telephone communication and face-to-face visits to understand their supply and project requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication. Collate, analyse, and input customer forecasts and VMI schedules, liaising with planning, purchasing, and sales teams on any significant fluctuations. Process, confirm, and follow up on customer orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor stock levels, issue stock reports, and coordinate replenishment in line with finished goods and raw material lead times and production capacity. Investigate and resolve customer queries, identifying solutions to enhance service levels. Develop and manage project timelines, tracking progress and adjusting plans to meet deadlines. Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations, reduce errors, and minimise delays. Contribute towards achieving team and business KPIs. Undertake additional duties in line with the role as required. Key Skills & Experience: A strong background in customer service within supply chain, manufacturing, or a related environment. Experience in managing high-profile customer accounts and working collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is desirable but not essential.
