Lower Wernddu Farm, Rowlestone, Longtown, HR2 0ED
Join Jamie’s Farm as a Therapeutic Coordinator and play a central role in equipping young people to thrive. Based in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, you’ll provide both one-on-one and group support for young people, guiding them through our therapeutic programme built around connection, reflection and purpose.
In this diverse role, you’ll coordinate therapeutic activities for groups of young people during each week-long visit from our partner schools or similar organisations. You will adapt your approach to each young person’s needs, and lead discussions that foster resilience and growth. You’ll also be an active part of farm life, participating in daily walks, meal preparation, and evening activities that build a sense of belonging and community.
Beyond hands-on support, you’ll contribute to our wider impact by coordinating with visiting staff to ensure long-term support, managing safeguarding responsibilities, and helping develop training for our team. You’ll also have opportunities to share insights on therapeutic approaches and engage with wider Jamie’s Farm initiatives.
