Would you like the opportunity to make a real difference by investigating a diverse range of rural and wildlife crimes that cause harm to our rural communities?
The Country watch team is looking for PSIs to join the team and take ownership of rural crime investigations. The work is varied, challenging, and often complex as it mainly focused on acquisitive crime – serious organised crime groups operate within rural areas and the PSI role is vital in investigating these groups and individuals whilst also supporting the disruption work undertaken by the wider team. Alongside this, we investigate seasonal poaching offences as well as wildlife crime, with additional training provided to support on this niche area of crime investigations. These investigations can be quite complex and require a real passion and desire to identify and obtain all the relevant evidence so that victims of rural crime can be provided an excellent level of service.
If you are interested in a role that provides unique challenges and variety and are passionate about rural communities, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you
