Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher (Needed Now) Job Duties: As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with special educational needs. Your duties will include assessing individual student requirements, developing individualised education plans, implementing strategies to support learning and development, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the overall well-being and progress of students. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with special educational needs Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required. Additional training or certification in Special Education Needs (SEN) is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Primary Teacher, with a focus on supporting students with special educational needs. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures Empathetic and compassionate approach towards students Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Excellent classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) Experience working in a diverse classroom environment Training in behaviour management techniques Working Conditions: This is a full-time contract position based in Bromley, Greater London. You will be expected to work during school hours and participate in occasional meetings and professional development activities.
