What You'll Do:
Innovate: Design and deliver cutting-edge Power Management solutions that meet our high standards.
Lead: Provide technical leadership to ensure best practices and industry standards are upheld.
Achieve: Set and manage attribute targets, ensuring engineering delivery aligns with these goals.
Adapt: Manage late-stage changes and implement effective containment actions for pre-production builds.
Coordinate: Define and manage delivery timelines, keeping projects on track with our Mission process.
Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
Optimize: Oversee programme costs, delivering cost-effective solutions within budget and reporting issues promptly.
Support: Assist in pre-production builds, validating engineering solutions and resolving any issues.
Test: Develop and oversee Design Verification test plans, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
Document: Generate comprehensive engineering sign-off documentation in line with programme stages.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: BEng in Automotive, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
