Job Description
* Implement Global HR initiatives within the company. (The strategy has already been set)
* Manage relationships with staff at all levels as a HR Consultant
* Implement the Workday system into daily operations with a particular focus on self-service
* Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Transfer of Knowledge / Training
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Consultant - Fixed Term Contract should have:
* Demonstrable experience of delivering a shared services implementation to scale, on a global basis, recently
* A strong understanding of HR systems, specifically Workday.
* Experience in a similar role within a large, global matrixed environment (minimum 10,000 employees)
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Proven current experience in delivery centric HR change roles
* Must be available on no more than a one month notice period
* Be able to be in the London office for a minimum of 3 days per week
Please note that this is not a Programme Director Level role.
