Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Payer Strategy Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in market access-related functions and a background in health economics, outcomes research, or health technology assessment.
About the Role
* Develop and execute early Health Technology Assessment (HTA) engagement processes for our company's assets.
* Create and refine global payer evidence materials, including Payer Value Narratives, HTA & Payer Strategy documents, and Objection Handlers.
* Identify and prioritize gaps in evidence, coordinating with ISEG/CDP plans to address these needs.
* Support the development and delivery of comprehensive Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and DAR documentation.
Your Background
* ~5 years of experience in market access-related functions in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
* Experience leading projects or programs.
* Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related discipline.
* Demonstration of successful working relationships with external stakeholders/KOLs.
* Master's degree in life sciences or MBA, or Doctoral degree in a life science discipline.
