Managed Print Services Account Manager - Manufacturing

We are looking for an Enduser account manager to join the HP Manufacturing sales team to specifically drive Print Hardware, Managed Services & Document solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and a live network in the industrial/manufacturing space.
Responsibilities for the Managed Print Services Account Manager
* Sell the HP commercial solutions portfolio, focusing on Print Hardware & Managed Services.
* Understand the client industry to identify the client’s business strategies and challenges and align the organization’s capabilities to the client’s business and IT priorities.
* Build and execute account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s share in the accounts.
* Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.
* Strengthen the organization’s relationship with the client maintaining a high level of loyalty and acting as a trusted advisor for business and IT-related concerns.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
* Develop a business-case approach to provide business rationale for client proposals and investments.
* Build and maintain sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new solution opportunities.
* Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer relationships.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed guidance to customers.
* Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs.
* Engage education partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals.
* Generate new leads for HP solutions and collaborate with other specialists or partners as needed.
* Enter opportunities in pipeline tools and update them weekly. Recommend and implement Pipeline management practices.
* Build and deploy a territory account plan that includes working with partners and specialists.
* Implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of the account or in partial ownership depending on account coverage.

* Experience in understanding large product portfolios and motivate external stakeholders to deliver annual growth.
* Demonstrate commercial acumen which will be the basis for all discussions.

* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
