Are you experienced in working with young people with SEND? If so, we have an exciting opportunity! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Job Coach to work with one of our schools in Hillingdon.
As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering information and advice to young people who are currently on work placement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they successfully complete all elements of the programme in alignment with its requirements.
You will offer support through various methods, including one-on-one job coaching, helping learners develop employability skills. The goal of this role is to equip individuals with the skills they need to secure and sustain paid employment in the future.
The role will require travelling around the London Borough of Hillingdon to meet young people at their workplace and then returning to school at the end of the day to complete administration.
Role Type: This role is one day a week on a Wednesday.
