YOUR ROLE:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the customer service team, providing outstanding support to customers, suppliers, and branches across the network.
Your day-to-day will involve:
1. Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Creating and following up on quotations, ensuring excellent service from start to finish.
3. Processing orders with accuracy to minimise credit notes and maximise customer satisfaction.
4. Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
5. Keeping detailed records of calls, emails, and sales activity.
6. Resolving customer and supplier queries quickly and effectively.

7. Ideally, experienced in sales and quoting (but full training will be provided).
