We are looking to employ a Clinical Psychologist to join our well-established community learning disability team in North Warwickshire. The psychological services team sits within the wider multidisciplinary team and includes Clinical and Assistant Psychologists, as well as Art and Music Therapists. There is strong multi-disciplinary working within the service and the contribution of psychological services staff is highly valued. To ensure the systematic provision of a high quality, specialist Psychological Service to patients of the Community Learning Disability Teams in North Warwickshire. To work co-operatively with multi-disciplinary colleagues to achieve service goals. To provide psychological assessment and therapy. To supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other clinicians and more junior Psychologists involved with these services. Work autonomously within professional guidelines, exercising full clinical responsibility, and implementing changes where necessary.
