Alexander House Surgery is the highest achieving GP surgery in the area. Due to a relocation, we currently have an opportunity for a part-time Medical Receptionist to join the team.
We are a friendly, patient-oriented GP practice with 10,000 patients, rated Good by the CQC and recently achieved 100% on the Quality Outcome Framework, something only 1% of surgeries in the country achieve. As a team, we socialize regularly with nights out and even weekends away, most recently to Amsterdam! At Christmas, we have a visit from Mr and Mrs Claus and encourage people to bring their children and grandchildren in. We understand that mental health and wellbeing is crucial post-pandemic and offer various employee assistance programmes. In addition to this, we have a cycle to work scheme, access to great NHS discounts, and free tea, coffee, squash, biscuits, and often homemade cake in the kitchen! All employees have access to the very generous NHS pension scheme, where the employee contributes 5.2% and the employer contributes 14.8%.
