Job role: Project Manager Location: Romford, UK Salary: £55K - £65K per annum Sector: Healthcare Facilities Management – Small Capital Works Specialism: Mechanical Bias Are you a Project Manager with a mechanical background and experience managing small capital works within healthcare facilities? Our client is seeking a traditional Project Manager with a deep understanding of RIBA stages to lead mechanical infrastructure projects within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Manage small capital works projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Technical Oversight: Oversee mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare and building regulations. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with healthcare professionals, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals with operational needs. Contract Administration: Ensure projects adhere to RIBA stages and industry standards, managing all necessary documentation and approvals. Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to healthcare safety regulations, HTM standards, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare facilities management. Strong mechanical bias, with expertise in building services, HVAC, or M&E infrastructure. Full understanding of RIBA stages and their application within healthcare projects. Experience managing small capital works projects within live healthcare environments. Strong ability to manage budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
