Senior Finance Manager | Multi-Site Not for profit Organisation | West Yorkshire An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established and growing not for profit organisation in a leadership capacity. This role will oversee financial operations across multiple sites, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic planning. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for: Managing financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance Leading and developing a finance team to ensure efficiency and high performance Overseeing procurement and contract management, ensuring value for money Preparing financial reports and providing analysis to support senior leadership decisions Assisting with payroll processing, reconciliations, and expense management Implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures across the organisation The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in a financial management role, ideally within a multi-site or complex organisation. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in finance and accounting software, and a solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis are essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also required.
