About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Reception who has a diagnosis of Autism, is pre-verbal, and requires personal care. This full-time role will run until July 2025, offering the right candidate the opportunity to positively impact a young learner's development during a crucial stage of their education.
You'll play a vital role in supporting the child's learning, communication, and personal care needs, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children with complex needs are essential for this role.
