What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and facilitating learning, delivering intervention support and conducting assessment of pupils. With solid experience of working in the predominantly with Foundation Stage and Key stage 1 you will work collaboratively with our Teaching staff to plan engaging learning opportunities, demonstrating your enthusiasm for early years and your ability to work to high standards. Your understanding of how children learn, together with excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively will enable you to shine in this role. SEN experience very welcome. Your creativity and pride in fulfilling your role will support your ability to provide a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. You will join a dedicated, hardworking team, and have opportunities to access first class continuous professional development.
