Asset Finance Support Executive
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Marketplace Asset Finance Operations team.

The role
As an Asset Finance Support Executive for the Marketplace team you’ll be working closely with the Asset Finance Manager, to support our customers throughout the journey from application to payout. Managing all kinds of equipment funding via 3rd party lenders you will be required to work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring that transactions are processed quickly and accurately to ensure that customers receive a great service.
1. Gaining an in-depth knowledge of & becoming an expert in lender processes, requirements & deal structures
2. Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent customer service is provided to the customer
3. Liaise with lenders, customers and suppliers to coordinate payout
4. Obtain and check invoices and suppliers, ensuring all payout documentation is accurate
5. Working with all third parties to create urgency and ensure deals move quickly through the funnel
6. Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required
7. Support the wider Marketplace Operations team in submitting and managing applications via lender portals
8. Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
1. Experience working in Asset Finance or Lending operations in a fast-paced environment with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly
2. Ability to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
3. Ability to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency
4. Results-oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with high attention to detail
