Business Development Managers - Based Wilmslow
Basic Salary from £28,000 up to £35,000 depending on experience uncapped OTE

Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking two Business Development Managers with experience of working within the recruitment or HR industry to join a growing recruitment technology platform.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a proven track record working in a B2B sales role within recruitment or the HR industry with good overall knowledge of the challenges, trends, and best practices.
You will have a naturally positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence key decision-makers, while prioritizing a busy workload.
You will proactively manage a pipeline of qualified recruiter prospects, self-generate leads through various channels, and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead generation through to new customers.
You will be highly proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrate your ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
You will have strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively drive contracts to closure, as well as being goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Duties:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify and prospect potential customers.
2. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and leveraging online platforms, to engage with potential customers and generate leads.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies, understanding their needs and pain points.
4. Effectively communicate the value of the proposition, highlighting the benefits and advantages of using the online platform.
5. Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments, understanding their requirements, and determining their suitability as potential customers.
6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and functionalities of the online platform.
7. Present and develop tailored proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
8. Consult closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and implementation.
9. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the senior directors.
