* Manage sites through the planning process to secure viable consents.
* Research and assess land opportunities to support acquisitions.
* Provide planning advice and manage risk.
* Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, appeals, and pre-app requests.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Negotiate and manage s106 obligations and legal agreements.
* Track Local Plan progress, appeals, and other planning activity.
* Manage post-consent planning requirements to ensure compliance,


📋 What You’ll Need
