Kia employees reported positively on areas such as working atmosphere, trust in management, corporate strategy, pride in working for the company, benefits, facilities and much more The Role Support the People & Organisation team with a specific focus on the following: Performance Processes – Initiate, communicate, support and track completion of core company performance processes including Mid Year & Year End performance reviews and Performance Development Plans, leveraging resources and templates from Kia Europe Learning & Development – organising and booking of training courses, liaising with providers, communication of resources for inspiring learning Onboarding – assign relevant tasks and training for new joiners, coordinate and support delivery of brand and group induction sessions Budget Management – processing of all non benefit related invoices with the People & Organisation team as well as tracking of spend vs. Budget, setting up suppliers, liaising with Finance as required Recruitment processes – ensure that the company’s end to end recruitment processes align with best practice resulting in the attraction of top talent and an engaging candidate experience that aligns with Kia UK’s Inclusion Plan. Also responsible for exploring and coordinating outreach opportunities to raise awareness of opportunities with Kia and the automotive industry. Intern recruitment – Manage the annual intern recruitment process Social Committee - Coordinate and lead the Kia UK Social Committee to deliver events that support our culture and drive engagement throughout the year General Support - Support the People & Organisation Team with researching and updating new processes, policies and tools and adhoc projects. Provide general administrative support to the P&O team when required. Keep up to date with employment law ensuring KUK maintains best practice About You Experience in a generalist HR or Administration role Strong team player with the ability to work with others to ensure the achievement of objectives Enthusiasm and passion for driving engagement and a great employee experience Excellent communication skills – oral and written Good IT skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel spread sheets and analysis Confident interpersonal & presentation skills Diplomatic with the ability to handle matters in a sensitive and professional way Part qualified or recognized HR qualification eg. CIPD (Desirable but not essential) Knowledge and experience of HR and Finance systems eg.
