My client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office / Accounts Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the office operations.
Job Responsibilities will include the below -
* General office administration, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Managing and maintaining company records, filing systems, and office supplies.
* Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable.
* Preparing and submitting CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) payments.
* Assisting with payroll processing and employee expenses.
* Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
* Supporting project managers with administrative tasks such as document control and compliance paperwork.
* Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date.
* Performing any other administrative duties as required.
